If a reservation is canceled within 60 days prior to the arrival date, refunds will be dependent upon re-renting the property for the same period of time and same rate.
Full payment of all charges is required for reservations, which have less than 60 days before arrival.
Security Deposit: Security Deposits are required on all vacation rentals and is refundable within 7 days after checkout if there are no damages.
Payments: We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, Cash, Travelers Checks, Money Orders and personal checks that are received 60 days prior to arrival.
Check-In & Check-Out Times: Check-in time is 3:00 pm and Check-out time is 10:30 am, unless prior arrangements are made. There are no refunds on early checkouts.
No Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are non-smoking.
Pets: Homes that are pet friendly are noted and require a non-refundable pet fee.
Inclement Weather: It is the renter's responsibility to be aware of the weather conditions before and during their reservation period. It is the renter's responsibility to have an appropriate vehicle for getting to and from the reserved property.
Cleaning: We offer a 12-hour cleaning guarantee. If you arrive at a home and it is not cleaned to your satisfaction, you have 12 hours to contact our office and the issue will be resolved.
Mountain Valley Properties is not responsible or liable to renters for the follwoing:
A. Loss or theft of any of the renter(s) properties
B. Accidents, injuries or damages of any nature from any cause (including acts of God) to renters,
guests, relatives or invitees.
C. Weather, road, travel, skiing or other recreation activies & conditions
D. Items removed or changed in unit by owner.
